THE CLASSICAL CHRISTIAN ACADEMY

A Day at TCCA
Each morning, families drive onto our 100-acre campus surrounded by rolling hills, green pastures, and open skies. Students step out to the sound of cows and horses in the distance, a daily reminder that creation itself is part of our classroom.
Inside, classrooms are designed for curiosity and collaboration. Each space includes adaptive seating that allows students to move, focus, and learn in ways that fit their needs. Smart boards bring lessons to life with interactive visuals and hands-on activities that complement our Classical Christian approach to teaching.
The school day begins with prayer, Scripture, and encouragement from teachers. Lessons are rooted in our Classical Christian curriculum, designed to teach students how to think, not what to think.
By mid-morning, the learning moves outdoors. Students pull on muck boots to visit the barn, check the greenhouse, or measure garden plots as part of their daily research-based agriculture classes. The hands-on learning continues throughout the day, blending science, logic, and faith in a way that sparks curiosity and confidence.
Our teachers are highly qualified professionals who share a deep commitment to both academic excellence and Christian formation. The majority of TCCA educators hold teaching degrees or master’s degrees in their fields. Our Head of School brings a background in psychology, providing a unique understanding of how children learn, grow, and thrive.
No other school in the area offers this combination of faith, classical education, and true farm experience. At TCCA, learning does not stop at the classroom door.
It extends to every field, pasture, and garden across our campus.
Faith in Action, Learning in Motion
At The Classical Christian Academy, every lesson points back to truth. Students study God’s creation up close, from soil and seed to Scripture and song. They learn to think deeply, work diligently, and give thanks for the beauty of both the natural world and the written Word.
Our 100-acre campus serves as a living classroom where agriculture, stewardship, and service come together. Farm Fresh Fridays bring it all together as students harvest vegetables, prepare simple recipes, and discover how food travels from seed to table. These experiences develop gratitude, responsibility, and real-world knowledge that lasts a lifetime.

Chapel and Community
Once a week the entire school gathers for chapel, a time of worship, reflection, and community. Voices of all ages rise together in song, dance and prayer, reminding students that faith is not confined to a single subject or classroom.
Each week, different classes and grade levels take turns leading the service. Students sing, recite Scripture, and share short performances they have prepared with their teachers. These moments build courage, public speaking skills, and a sense of shared responsibility as students learn to lead with confidence and humility.
Throughout the week, Biblical principles guide every lesson and every interaction. Chapel simply centers our hearts, a shared moment that unites teachers, students, and families in purpose and peace.
Character, Etiquette, and Joy
TCCA students are taught to lead with kindness and humility. Through daily lessons and real-life practice, they learn the importance of courtesy, gratitude, and respect, from holding a door to offering a helping hand.
Etiquette at TCCA is not about formality; it is about service. Students discover that small acts of thoughtfulness reflect the character of Christ and build the foundation for leadership.
Joy is woven into every part of the day, from reciting Latin and logic in the classroom to caring for animals in the barn. Children are encouraged to work hard, laugh often, and live with gratitude.

Outdoor Learning and Physical Education
Without a traditional gym, movement happens across our campus. Students run cross-country on open trails, build forts in the woods, climb on the ninja-style playground, and explore the fields during science and agriculture lessons. Every day includes time outdoors for exercise, teamwork, and play.
This balance of physical activity and academic focus helps students build strength, confidence, and resilience. At TCCA, every step, climb, and race is a reminder that growth happens both inside and out.
